Morning Prayer

I wonder why it hurts us sooo bad to sit still and wait for HIM. To be still and know that HE is GOD. Buddhists do this regularly and they are praying to a statute with eyes that don’t see, ears that don’t hear. Yet they can sit for hours in one position for an idol.

What is wrong with this picture? Are we too impatient to sit still for even an hour? Geez. What is soo important that we can’t seek after the Beloved?

Oh let me be the one on fire and craves after the ONE whom my heart loves and gave up EVERYTHING to show how much HE loves us. Yeshua Messiah.. my Beloved.

Three Iron Nails

Psalm 37:7; 1 Timothy 1:16; Hebrews 6:12; James 5:7-8

I pray that you will be still before the Lord and wait for him patiently. May you trust in the Lord’s perfect timing, for He will fulfill His promises to you in due time. Just as Christ Jesus displays His unlimited patience towards you, I pray that you will also be patient toward the people and circumstances around you. May you not rush your circumstance so you will reap a harvest and the season will come when the goodness you have sown will become ripe. May God strengthen your patience and help you to stand firm. I pray that through faith, you will inherit what has been promised.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
